Bill Mathews of J.B. Mathews
Co., was recently named chairman of the board of the Central
Florida Builder's Exchange, headquartered in Winter
Park. Other officers for 2005 include: vice chairman - Bill
Ellis of Ellis Mechanical Corp.; secretary - Sandra
Safety of Windows Interiors; and treasurer - David
Beasley of Palmer Electric Co.

Kimberlee Debosier, co-founder
and president of Bayside Engineering of Tampa, was recognized
as the "2004 Engineer of the Year" by Florida
West Coast National Engineers during the association's
recent awards banquet. She is the first woman to receive the
award in the association's 40-year history
Bob Miller was named vice president
in charge of office operations at HNTB
Corp. of Atlanta. Dom Saulino
joined the firm as transportation department manager.
Muriel Redifer joined The
ADP Group, a Sarasota-based architecture, interior
design and planning firm as an architect.
Chris Webb was named senior
project manager at Hardin Construction
of Atlanta. Mike Coyne was promoted
to senior superintendent, while Scott
Baylor was promoted to chief field engineer. The firm
also hired Robbie Masucci as
senior estimator.
William Wadsworth was named
executive vice president of HDR
of Tampa. He has more than 28 years experience in studies,
design and construction administration. Also, Ricardo
Calvo was named vice president. He has more than 14
years experience on projects in the U.S., as well as Central
and South America.
Ron Huffman was named senior
principal landscape architect with MACTEC
Engineering & Consulting of Kennesaw, Ga. He is
a past recipient of the Georgia Planning Association's Distinguished
Achievement in Planning award. Additionally, he served for
two years as chief regional planner for the Central Savannah
River Area Planning and Development Commission in Augusta,
Ga.
Scott Mosley joined the Redevco
Corp. of North Miami as construction manager for the
company's retail and residential projects. The firm specializes
in commercial real estate development, public/private partnerships
and community revitalization in urban and inner-city areas.
Michael Wallack was selected
to oversee business development at Murton
Roofing of Miami. The firm also appointed Harry
Davis to oversee its waterproofing operations.
Tracy McGinty was promoted
to divisional vice president of Summit
Contractors of Jacksonville, Fla. She has more than
14 years experience in commercial, restoration and multi-family
construction.
William Bitner was named senior
project engineer at the Tampa headquarters of general-contracting
and construction-management firm ACI
Construction Services.
Ryan Johnson was promoted to
senior vice president with Catalfumo
Construction and Development, of Palm Beach Gardens,
Fla. Jeffrey Marshall was promoted
to vice president of land development,

president of estimating and Joseph
Keating to project manager.
George Lehning joined BRPH
Construction of Orlando as vice president and manager
of its Central Florida construction division. His experience,
spanning 39 years, includes project management of the Norman
Mineta International Airport in San Jose, Calif., and the
new south terminal complex at Orlando International Airport.
Joshua M. Bormstein joined
Creative Contractors of Clearwater,
Fla., as a business development manger. The firm specializes
in construction management of at-risk and design-build projects
in the Tampa Bay area.
